A Full Day at Sea, Entirely Private
A full day at sea, entirely private: a morning dolphin swim followed by a relaxed afternoon on Benitiers Island with lunch, all aboard your own chartered catamaran rather than sharing a speedboat with other guests.
The day starts with a wild dolphin encounter in the open water off the west coast, before the catamaran cruises to Benitiers Island for swimming, beach time and lunch. With the whole boat reserved for your group, the crew can linger where you want to linger and move on when you are ready.
A catamaran also allows for a proper onboard lunch spread rather than a beach BBQ setup — more comfortable seating, a shaded saloon, and space for the crew to serve your group properly. It is a genuine upgrade over a speedboat-based private trip, and a more stable ride for anyone travelling with children or older guests.
We follow the Mauritius dolphin-watching code of conduct throughout — no chasing, no harassing, and swimming only when the dolphins approach calmly.
Full Day Itinerary
Private departure & dolphin swim
Depart from the west coast and swim with wild dolphins in open water. The skipper times the trip for when the pods are most active, and follows respectful viewing guidelines.
Cruise to Benitiers Island
Sail to Benitiers Island (or your equivalent islet stop), with time to swim, relax on the beach, or explore the calm lagoon.
Lunch on board or on the island
Lunch is served on board or on the island — specify your actual menu and whether it is freshly prepared or catered when you book.
Free time & return cruise
Enjoy relaxed free time before the return cruise, with refreshments on board as you sail back to the west coast.
